Return Policy

• Requests for returns must be made and authorized prior to the return of the merchandise.

• Return requests must be made within the first 30 days of receiving goods and product is
to be in as shipped condition. Product previously installed is not subject to return.

• There is a 15% restocking fee for returned goods.

• Shipping costs are at the returnee’s expense. We highly recommend shipping via a
trackable and insured method. Product lost in transit will not be credited.

• Returned product will be inspected and if in original condition, will be credited. If not in
original condition, credit will be denied and goods returned to purchaser.

• Return through USPS only
